We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Verona! The bed was super comfortable and the decor was pleasant. The big bathroom was a nice bonus and the WiFi in the room was a great convenience. Despite the language barrier, the receptionist and security guy made every effort to help us. We managed with our basic Spanish and a phrase book. I highly recommend this hotel!

The staff were so welcoming and always went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable - that's what made our Christmas stay even more special! The room itself was well-maintained and had some really nice, unique touches that made it homely. We also loved being so close to some great restaurants and cafes, and public transport made it super easy to see all the sights. Oh, and the breakfast was divine - so much variety!
Okay, so the room we stayed in was a bit smaller than we anticipated, but it was still comfortable enough for us and the bed was fantastic, so no complaints there. The bathroom, on the other hand, was a bit run-down and could definitely use some updating - but it was still functional and served its purpose.

The location of the hotel was really convenient, close to restaurants and shops. The staff was friendly and helpful with our basic needs. One of the best things we liked was the free breakfast provided by the hotel, which was varied and had fresh fruit. The Wi-Fi connection was also quite good.
The size was too small for two people, making it uncomfortable to move around. There was no window, which prevented us from having proper ventilation and natural light.

The room was rather small and lacked a window, making it feel cramped and uncomfortable for two people.
